What is a meditation?
Several religions and spiritual practices of the world use meditation in one form or another to make humans calmer more aware. My experience has also always been great with meditation. It creates a certain serenity in one’s mind and also enables looking at the world more objectively so I have understood a few things about meditation which I will share here.
First thing meditation does is to create deep connection between our heart and mind. It helps us regulate our emotions because we can observe them more transparently. It also makes our breathing more harmonious as we are calmer and more consistent. If you add breathing exercises with your meditation, I believe it will surely change the way you live.
Meditation also helps us bringing our conscious self and impulsive self closure.
I will continue updating this thought but I’m publishing it as first thoughts so that we can start a discussion.
